At first glance, one may read ‘Peace Warrior’ and think, Isn’t that an oxymoron? or How is that even possible?

Just east of South Middle School lies one of the great youth voice hubs in all of the metro, The ROCK Center. Each summer, a collaboration with the Aurora Mental Health Center comes together and generates a two-week summer camp where defending peace is the priority. This is their story.
